Vegamour is an unprofessional company. We subscribed to their shampoo service, which stated that they would notify us and require approval before shipping the next order.
However, they never contacted us and simply shipped it without notice. We had to return it, losing $10 in handling fees that they refused to refundnot to mention the time wasted.
We canceled the subscription, yet they still shipped another order this month.
This feels like a joke.
Their customer service is nonexistent.
I'm now contacting my bank to file a complaint. This is borderline fraud, and they should be held accountable for their incompetence.

Been using almost 6 months now and if anything it has made my hair fall out worser and it was not cheap to keep buying but wanted to give it time now am out lots of money and time wasted on a product that didnt meet up to my expectations and made hair worser condition then when first started

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. With many, many emails.
I requested the order not be shipped as I'm in Australia but it still was it could have been stopped from being shipped but nope. Customer Service replied well after 24hrs and was rather rude and did not even offer to send me a reply paid label given the circumstances which I clearly outlined but this was ignored. Now I'm having to circulate my experience on social media so others know. Shipping to another country is a little different to shipping within the US but the person who replied to me really didn't care less.
Now yet again my emails are being ignored. Appalling and very disappointing.
And yes I'm well aware of the terms and conditions re time frame one must cancel an order etc but often people simply cannot help the situation they are in. Order number 39406.

Question about product packaging
The person who helped m e was great. I was confused because I was sent the vegamour travel shampoo and conditioner from the global store. It had different writing then the ones I originally get.
Cancel subscription
No answer. Want to cancel subscription.
I need to speak with a customer representative. I dont need a subscription as I thought. If I decide to order again, I will in the future.
I like the product, but results are slow, so would like to hold off on having a subscription. Please cancel the subscription.

Where is my order
I just have not received my first order and did not know the eta of its arrival. It is the order that cost over $400 dollars.

Apparently they canceled my order because I ordered too much but did not tell me. So now I am out of the product and having to re-order separate orders. I have had nothing but problems with you guys

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. customs fee reimbursed.
WHY? this I don't know, however, my WHOLE MORNING HAS GONE OUT THE DOOR DUE TO ME DOING YOUR AGENT'S JOB OF TRACKING MY MISSING PACKAGE!!

Then I find out that the package is sitting at the post office awaiting my pickup as an attempt to deliver was made on April 11 !
I happen to work from home, and NO ONE attempted to deliver anything!
So now I have to go to pick this up, and PAY A CUSTOMS FEE OF $ 32.65 !!!
This is an unpleasant surprise in addition to a *** morning tracking this !
I was advised by the Phillipine agent, CHAD that the customs fee has been now credited back to me so I can pick up my package !!
BUT this is a one time occurence...this stated to me by Chad, as if this is MY problem to begin with !!
For time effort he got a VERY LARGE vocal contribution from me !!!
The other times my delivery was made by a courier , with no issues.
out of nowhere Canada Post now gets used to deliver ?!

Your product is very pricey, no matter, as my hair is much more pricey & important !
SO... the least you can do, as a reputable company, is to employ adequately trained personnel to do the job RIGHT ! That includes when this sort of scenario happens next, that it is the agent's job to track my purchase, and not the customer!
This aggravation has exhausted my morning as it's now 2:14 pm in the afternoon !
I intend to keep purchasing your products, however, will not tolerate this inept behavior from your distributor or customer service in the Phillippines, again.
Sorry, no time for this rigamarole !

Im trying to cancel a subscription order that hasnt been filled that I do not want and do not agree on and having a very difficult time. Every time I call they have me on hold for ever and me emailing takes 2 day to get back to me
